Artist: Martijn van Dam

This week my brother was writing some posts on another graphic design blog. And guess what? One of the featured designers was Martijn van Dam, a brilliant and incredible skilled illustrator from the Netherlands. Martijn, alias Supersilo happen to have made some amazing wallpapers for several projects at interactive agency, Momkai. I don’t understand why I totally forgot about this artist and most importantly his mind blowing wallpapers. Better now than never, right?

Artist: Mike Harrison

It’s Monday morning and it’s believed that on this time of the week the risk to have a heart attack is 20% greater, unless you’re reading WallpaperArt. Can you think of a better reason to subscribe to our blog? Today you won’t have an heart attack thanks to the wonderful artwork of Mike Harrison, also know as Destill. His typical, experimental drawings mixed with photo manipulation has always made me happy. Please check him out and show him some love! Enjoy your Monday!

Artist: Jonathan Wong

We wanted to feature him a while ago, but somehow we forgot to mention him. Our apologies! You might heard of him before! Jonathan Wong is a young graphic designer from Ireland and only 19 years old (like me) and already working with some big clients such as Hewlett Packard, Orange, Mazda and many more. Because I know a young designer can use every little support I thought to share some works with you and few wallpapers made by him. We hope you like him! Go give him some cyberkisses.

Artist: Archann Nair

Good night everyone. It’s midnight here and before I’m going to sleep I want to show you some amazing artworks by a good friend Archann Nair. I will quote/unquote his biography so everyone knows a little bit more about him. He’s a very inspiring person for a lot of young graphic designers because of his color combination and his mix of traditional and digital work. Well here is a little bit more about him.

Artist: David Waters

Before we start to talk about this amazing Artist, I want to say we’re going to work on the WallpaperArt Website. A new fresh look for the new year and hopefully some more activity.
Now to get back to the subject, the artist we want to talk about is David Waters, also known as Ishbu on different Networks. His eye for details and composition is truly amazing, making the impossible possible. We’ve selected some of his mind-blowing works and of course some beautiful wallpapers. Get a new fresh look on your desktop, something extra to start again on the first Monday in 2010.

Artist: Alexander Otto

This weekend Diftnorm updated his portfolio with new works. A perfect moment to share some works of this amazing German artist, Alexander Otto! Alexander is known from his abstract and experimental artworks, made for the Keystone Design Union or Syzygy Group. All I want to say is, keep an eye open for this young man and give him some love!

Artist: Craig Shields

We hope everybody had a great weekend so far. Today we’re featuring another truly amazing artist. You might know him from Depthcore or from magazines. We’re talking about Craig Shields. Craig has his online portfolio Craigshields.co.uk where you can find all his lovely work. Currently he’s in his final year as a degree student studying Graphic Design at the School of art and design in Lincoln, UK. He’s an active member of the depthCORE collective. He has also his works published in Advanced Photoshop magazine, as well as DigitalArts magazine, where he has written tutorials and also been featured as one of the Uk’s top 10 illustrators to look out for in 2009. So reasons enough to write a post about him. Enjoy his work and please show him some love! Of course you can find a wicked piece of art for your desktop at the end of the post!

Artist: David Mascha

Today we’re introducing a new category on WallpaperArt. You can already guess what. We’ll be featuring artists like used to do. But not necessary a wallpaper artist or with an interview like we’ve done before. We’d just like to share their amazing talent and at the same time give them some love by spreading their name in the blogosphere. Of course there will be a surprise for your desktop at the end of the post. To start off we would love to talk about David Mascha from Austria, born in Vienna 1979. Read more to discover his amazing style and talent.
